The Sasana Annual Fund was established to enable people within and outside the community to contribute financially to the development of the school.
It is important to the Board and Faculty that we keep school fees as affordable as possible and below the level charged by many other international schools. This enables families of diverse backgrounds, who would otherwise not be able to afford it, to access the Waldorf Education they want for their children.
This means that each year, despite prudent budgeting, we have a gap between what it costs to fund the school operation and development, and the income received from school fees. Our task in fundraising activities and with the Annual Fund, is to source the funds needed to bridge this gap.
Any contributions are put towards the ongoing tasks of developing our facilities and programmes.
