Sasana International School offers a range of extra-curricular activities for students from Middle School onwards, including arts activities, sports, and a range of clubs. Participation in at least one extra-curricular or itinerant programme is expected for students in Middle School. Some activities are organised directly by the school and others by external providers.

Students are expected to have a certain level of experience and proficiency to participate in inter-school sports teams and regional music festivals and for these activities audition may be required.
